At 986 Productions, we stand behind our gear and your experience with us. We get that sometimes things don’t work out — wrong size, wrong color, or just not what you expected. That’s why we offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
✅ How to Request a Return
To start a return or refund:

Make sure you have an account with us so we can track your order.

Email us directly at info@986productions.online with your order number, name, and reason for return.
We recommend reaching out as early as possible — ideally within the first week of receiving your gear — to make sure your request gets handled fast.
📦 Return Exceptions & Requirements
We want to keep things fair and smooth for everyone, so here are a few rules we follow when it comes to returns:

Items must be returned in original condition — no heavy wear, no damage, and definitely no signs of misuse.

If the product arrives damaged due to our shipping or an error on our part, we’ll 100% replace or refund it.

If the item was damaged by you (ripped, scratched, used heavily, etc.), we can’t accept it back.

All return/refund requests must be made within 30 days. After that, all sales are final.
If your return is approved, you’ll either receive a full refund or we’ll exchange the item for the correct product/size — your choice.
💸 Who Pays for Return Shipping?
We got you — return shipping is free on approved returns. We’ll provide a return label when your request is approved. Just pack the item back up, drop it off, and you’re set.
⏱ Refund Processing Time
Once we get the returned item and verify it’s in good condition:

Refunds typically hit your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Exchanges ship out as soon as we process the return and confirm inventory.
🔁 Exchanges (Instead of Refunds)
If you ordered the wrong item, we’d rather swap it out for the right one than refund you completely. It keeps you rocking with us and keeps the gear in rotation. Just let us know what you’d prefer — we’re happy to work with you.

❌ Non-Returnable Situations
Here’s when we can’t offer a return or refund:

The item is clearly used or damaged after delivery.

You purchased from a third-party site (besides Amazon — we offer Amazon returns through their process).

The item is final-sale, custom, or limited-edition and marked as non-returnable.
🛒 Amazon Returns
If you bought from Amazon, follow their return process. We do require a reason for the return and ask that you include photos showing the condition. All the same rules apply — 30 days, original condition, no major damage.
